Your shared trial
One shared 72-hour trial starts at your first successful eligible activation. Additional computers get only its remaining time. Reinstalling or transferring a license does not reset it.
Independent computer licenses
Your licenses
Adding a license is free. It does not start a trial or authorize payment. Activate it in Chattium, or subscribe separately for that computer after your shared trial begins.

Moving or restoring access?
Release your current computer online before moving a license. Transfers are limited to once every 30 days. If that computer is lost or inaccessible, contact support for a reset. Releasing a computer does not cancel billing.
An offline computer can use an already issued authorization until its signed expiration. At expiration, connect to check renewal. Your local profile remains yours; unlocked encrypted export stays available.
